Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Parva macOS application and website at tryparva.com (collectively, the "Service") operated by Parva ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where receiving earnings through the Service is lawful. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hi@tryparva.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. The Challenge and Earnings

Parva offers daily productivity challenges. When all required daily tasks are completed you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $5 per day via Stripe.

• Earnings are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time
• Automated or artificial activity is prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any pending earnings
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to earnings received through the Service
• Payouts require connecting a Stripe Express account and completing Stripe's identity verification

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service
• Circumvent any earning or challenge verification mechanisms
• Create multiple accounts to claim multiple rewards
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are owned by Parva or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the macOS application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that earnings will always be available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parva's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) $50 or (b) the total amount you received from the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting hi@tryparva.com.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
