Parva ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit tryparva.com or use the Parva macOS app, how we use it, and how you can control it.

1. Information We Collect

Waitlist sign-ups. When you request early access we collect your first name, last name, phone number, and an optional reason you submitted. This is processed by Formspree and stored in our account there. We use it only to contact you when a spot opens.

App account. When you create a Parva account we collect your email address and store it via Supabase. You may also connect a Stripe Express account to receive earnings.

App activity. Parva tracks typing activity (WPM, word count, keystroke rhythm) locally on your Mac to power the challenge and leaderboard features. This data is associated with your account and stored in our database.

Usage data. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To notify waitlist members when early access is available
• To operate the Parva app, track challenge progress, and calculate earnings
• To process payouts via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (e.g. account confirmation, payout receipts)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We share your information only with the service providers necessary to run Parva:

• Formspree — waitlist form submissions
• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing and payouts

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

4. Data Retention

Waitlist data is deleted once early access has been offered or the waitlist is closed. App account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion upon request.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hi@tryparva.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Children

Parva is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were made. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
